Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Web designer for Jaipur location. As a UI/UX designer, your primary responsibility would be to identify user requirements, design graphic elements, Web pages with HTML,CSS,Photoshop Responsibilities and Duties Gather user requirements and collaborate with developers and engineers Illustrate design ideas by using storyboards, workflows and sitemaps Design visual user interface elements like menus, widgets, tabs etc Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Build page navigation buttons and search fields

Key Skills HTML, CSS, CSS3, Photoshop

• Required Experience and Qualifications
• Hands on experience using HTML5 and CSS3
• Good knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating and interacting with development teams and clients for the development / customization of solutions to their requirements.
• Preparation of user manuals, installation qualification, and functional requirement specifications.
• Publishing documentation in the format required for project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines.
• Must have passion for writing.
• Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed.
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and produce highly engaging, precise technical literature within short turn-around times
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.
• Status reporting to clients on a daily basis based on project status.
• Participate and contribute to daily stand-up calls on project progress.
• Technical Recommendation and Testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must know how to make creatives for social media and website.
• Must be willing to work full time.
• Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Deliver creative content in coordination with the creative and content team
• Suggest and implement new features to build brand awareness
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct Sales profile into B2B & B2C market (Field Sales/Marketing).
• Candidate have to do cold calls for leads generation & some lead provided by the company also.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Visit 4-6 meeting in a day
